RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Made-to-Order Products

All products are custom-made after an order is placed. Because of this, we currently do not offer:

  • Returns

  • Refunds

  • Exchanges

  • Size swaps

Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

Once an order enters processing or printing, it cannot be cancelled because the item is being custom manufactured.

  1. NO RETURNS

We do not accept returns for any products sold on our store.

Returns for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or buyer's remorse will not be accepted.

Please review all product details, size charts, and descriptions carefully before placing an order.

  1. NO REFUNDS FOR CUSTOMER ERRORS

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Incorrect address entered by the customer

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

  1. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the issue

  • A complete unboxing video showing the package being opened and the defect clearly visible

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

  1. REPLACEMENTS

Approved claims for damaged, defective, or incorrectly manufactured products will be resolved through a replacement product.

Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost once the claim has been verified.

  1. REFUNDS

As all products are custom-made to order, refunds are generally not provided.

However, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to issue a partial or full refund in exceptional circumstances.

Any such decision shall be final.

  1. RETURN-TO-ORIGIN (RTO) ORDERS

Orders returned by the courier due to customer unavailability, incorrect address information, refusal of delivery, or failure to receive the package are not eligible for refunds.

Customers may request re-shipment of eligible orders after paying applicable shipping charges.
