Order Processing

All products are made-to-order. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

Place orders by 1 PM to increase your chances of next-day dispatch. It's not 100% guaranteed, but early orders get prioritized in the next-day planning!

During high-demand periods or launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Rest of India: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Locations: 8–12 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Courier selection depends on service availability in your area.

Order Tracking

Every order is assigned a tracking number (AWB).

Tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor shipment progress in real time.

Prepaid Orders Only

Currently, we accept prepaid orders only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they enter production.

Once an order moves into processing or printing, cancellations or address changes are no longer possible because every product is custom-made.
